  1. this world is coming to a f***in end... Or should I say California is a dysfunctional ass state...

If pot becomes legal, what would be the ramifications for individuals who went to jail for marijuana possession with the intent to sell or distribute? How will companies alter their drug screening process as a result of this and not to mention productivity. How will this law impact the youth. Where do you draw the line. I don't have a problem with marijuana or peole who choose to smoke it, that's there perogative. But I do have an issue with making a waste of time legal.

  3. Hell yeah make cigarettes illegal and alcohol can join the banding trip too.

What makes this marijuana proposition comical was that it was a desperate ill-conceived idea to help a deficient state budget get back on its feet; but I feel that folks could come up with more creative remedies.

There are a lot of sober irresponsible people out there, legalizing marijuana affects your motor skills amongst other things and when you make shit like that legal we gon' have problems..
