He should have a DNA test as the father to make sure.... If the baby is his, then it would truly be a miracle... I know the article says this isn't an albino baby, but I've seen Albinos before born to black parents, and the person I know has blond hair and is very very fair complextion.... So, it's not out of the question.... So, I'm not sure how genetic mutations happen, but I would have thought that there would have had to be someone white in their family(their Anscestors) for this to happen, but I could be wrong....
