Pirates of the African Horn

below is my favorite subject line in these wrath of pirate stories:

"Larsen says the root conditions of poverty, lawlessness and civil war on the ground in Somalia are to blame. The large sums of ransom money being paid out to pirates, he says, is even leading some Somali women to venture to the port town of Bosaso in hopes of marrying these newly-rich men."

i heard that nice guys finish last but this is whole 'nother level....here women flock to drug dealers. in somalia its pirates....this just sounds crazy because pirates make me think of captain jack sparrow...i guess some professions never die....

nevertheless these guys are getting paid (are they killing them later)....i am surprised ransom is being paid....
