As someone who has lived in Pittsburgh I can tell you that the people there don't really care about this. The Steelers are the most important thing in the city. If the Steelers go 2-4 and don't turn their season around after Ben's suspension they will be pissed. If they go 0-6 and finish 9-7 they will blame Goodell and the 20 year old girl for not having a better season season.
