I remember watching Shutter Island with Leonardo Dicaprio (a Scorsese film). Throughout the movie I felt it was a conspiracy to keep him from solving the case and escaping the criminally insane state prison. Then the question of schizophrenia became the topic of discussion... This movie might be down this same path...
